This is not another diet I’m giving you. No meal plans here, and I promise you that you don’t need one. With me, you’re creating your own success with the guidance of someone who’s been through the process herself, learned everything there is to know, and adapted it to fit each client’s individual needs.

1:1 Calls

You and I will get together via Zoom, to talk, unpack, and rewire the thoughts and limiting beliefs that you’ve had in place for so long. We’ll work through what’s coming up and make a plan to create new habits and behaviours that stick. 

Course Work

In between our calls, you will have access to The Food Freedom For Life online modules to work through at your own pace. Each module contains reading, activities and journalling prompts to get you really diving into the content.

Implementation

We won’t just talk about what’s going on and leave it there- each week you’ll get action steps and individualized 'homework' assignments to implement what we have talked about, to build lasting changes.

No cookie cutter advice here. I take a unique approach to addressing the stress and chaos around food- everyone’s experience is different, and I’m not here to make you fit into a box. And although I’m a Dietitian, I don’t just want to talk about what you’re eating. I want to know why, get to the bottom of your patterns, and heal your habits from the inside out.

We get right into it- and quick

You’ve spent so many years stuck in this, so I know you’re ready to get back to normalcy (or find it for the first time). We dive right in and don’t waste any time. My clients feel relief from their biggest symptoms starting just after our first session- with immense progress being made in just 12 weeks.

I’ll keep you accountable and motivated

I take your journey and success seriously. When you’re working with me, you’re my #1! I’m here to help you stay focused on this work, despite the craziness of your life. Regardless of how busy you are, you still need to eat. I’m here to help you navigate food and body image amongst all that, while fitting the necessary healing process into your life.
