Hey! I’m Britt.

Throughout my life, I’ve had my fair share of food rules, dieting attempts…and binges as a result.

I’ve obsessed over macros, cut out the "bad foods," “eaten clean”, taken diet pills and done intermittent fasting. I was even a bootcamp instructor for 3.5 years and coached on weight loss. 

For a long time, micromanaging my food and body gave me a sense of control. It wasn’t until I discovered intuitive eating that I realized my attempts to control were actually controlling me.

Where you are now, I've been there too. 

When I first let go of the food rules, I was lost and confused. I started my intuitive eating journey thinking I could just go all in. I mean, it’s eating.. how hard can it be? Turns out, it was harder than I thought, and I was terrified of weight gain.
